Typically, in a Local Area Network (LAN), the installation of the Client Agent can be done when you make the initial connection, however, the ability to install the Client Agent Service remotely depends on many different factors within your Operating System implementation & configuration. The Mini Remote Client Agent must be installed & running on the remote machine before you can connect to that machine via the Mini Remote Control software. Manually Installing the Mini Remote Client Agent Service: You can manually install the Mini Remote Control Client Agent Service (DWRCS.EXE) on any machine by simply copying the required files to the appropriate directory on the remote machine, and then executing a simple command to install the Client Agent as a Service.
